目的总结跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗体会.方法对30例移位的跟骨关节内骨折切开复位,内固定.结果 30例均获随访,根据美国足踝骨科协会的足部评分标准(AOFAS),优良率100%.结论适应证选择得当、牢固固定及早期功能锻炼将获得满意的效果.
