Abstract
卡马西平是抗癫痫治疗的一线药物,有效血药浓度范围4～12 μg/ml.过低,治疗无效;过高,有毒副作用.个体差异又大,故治疗时检测血清中卡马西平浓度对指导临床合理用药有积极意义.我们参考吴惠芳等的文献用毛细管电动胶束电泳法检测血清中该药浓度,将方法报告如下.
