Abstract
进入21世纪以来,随着全球经济一体化加速发展,人口老龄化提速,心血管疾病发生率急剧上升且多以危重急症形式出现,心脏猝死成为排名前列的“杀手”,发病年龄不断前移.据《中国心血管病报告2016》,我国心源性猝死年发病人数超过54万,相当于每分钟发生约1例,而生存率不足1％.值得关注的是,上述事件中60％以上发生在医疗机构之外.
