Abstract
目的 通过分析我院重症监护病房(ICU)送检标本中肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率,探究ICU内常用抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)与肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性的相关性.方法 调查2012—2015年江苏大学附属昆山医院ICU常用抗菌药物DDDs及肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率,计算各个药物的DDDs,并对耐药率和用药频度进行相关分析.结果 所调查医院抗菌药物DDDs与肺炎克雷伯菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率相关性复杂.结论 临床治疗中使用抗菌药物时应注意DDDs与耐药率的关联,合理选用抗菌药物并控制用量,以期延缓细菌耐药的进展.
