Abstract
早产儿慢性肺部疾病(chronic lung disease,CLD)是目前国内外新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)中极低出生体重儿,尤其是超低出生体重儿死亡、致残和住院时间延长的主要原因.此症由多种原因引起,是NICU的重要课题之一.主要包括:①支气管肺发育不良(broncho-pulmonary dysplasia,BPD);②慢性肺功能不全;③Wilson-Mikity综合征.就早产儿慢性肺疾病的防治进展进行综述.
