Abstract
为充分发挥海洋资源优势,实施海洋开发战略,构建现代海洋产业体系,浙江舟山群岛新区正式写入国家"十二五"规划纲要,成为继上海浦东、天津滨海、重庆两江之后,中国的第4个"新区",也是我国首个群岛新区.浙江舟山群岛新区的建设为舟山院外急救事业创造了良好的发展机遇,为了改善民生,舟山市政府更加重视院外急救,而院外急救的社会作用也在不断的展示和放大,历史给院外急救工作者注入了新的活力.
