急性有机磷中毒中间综合征呼吸机支持治疗

Abstract
急性有机磷农药中毒(acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning,AOPP)致中间综合征(intermediate syndrome,IMS)明显降低了AOPP的临床治愈率.我国是农药生产和使用大国,每年约有24万吨农药供应市场,每年约有10万例急性有机磷中毒发生,由于治疗中存在着某些因素,其平均病死率仍高达10%左右[1].湖州市练市医院自2005年1月～2008年3月,共收治急性有机磷中毒68例,其中发生IMS 60例,发生率88.23%,经及时使用呼吸机支持治疗,取得了理想的效果,现将诊疗情况报告如下.
