Abstract
心脏瓣膜置换术后瓣周漏、人工瓣反流及心脏复跳后人工瓣膜与周围组织撕脱等并发症时有发生.有文献报道人工瓣膜术后轻度瓣周漏8～10年转为明显瓣周漏的发生率可达17％[12],是影响术后远期成功率的重要因素.
