Abstract
患儿,男,因出生后呼吸困难30 min,以胎粪吸人综合征收入新生儿科.胎龄40周,剖宫产,羊水Ⅲ度污染,产前超声提示胎儿腹腔内混合回声团块,寄生胎不除外.查体:皮肤略苍白,呼吸促,双肺可闻及干性哕音,腹部略饱满,肝脾不大,于右下腹可触及一个质硬肿物,大小约为5.0 cm×5.0cm,界清,活动度差,无压痛.
