Abstract
羊膜腔灌注术(amniocentesis)现已成为围生医学临床上不可缺少的一种手段,应用范围越来越广泛,已受到围生医学的重视.若羊膜腔穿刺失败,对母婴皆可带来一些并发症.尤其是前壁胎盘者,羊膜腔灌注应慎重.我院近8年来,对60例前壁胎盘者行超声引导下羊膜腔灌注术,探讨其安全性.
