Abstract
患者女,20岁.于1个月前出现右侧颞部触痛,偶有跳动和酸胀感,可扪及凸起样包块,近1周内间断有右眼视物模糊,休息后可恢复正常,无其他病史.体格检查:右颞区稍肿胀,局部隆起;余未见异常.实验室检查:血浆凝血酶原时间和红细胞沉降率增高.超声检查:右侧颞部扪及“包块”处皮下见大小约22 mm×4 mm×10 mm的团块状弱回声,边界清晰,形态较规则,包裹颞浅动脉,与颞浅动脉壁分界不清(图1,2).
