Abstract
孕妇,30岁,孕31周,孕1产0.超声心动图示:胎儿右房和右室增大,三尖瓣口见较大量收缩期反流,反流束达右房顶部,最大血流速度(Vmax)180 cm/s,左房室腔大小正常;肺动脉长轴切面显示动脉导管内血流信号丰富,流速加快,Vmax 206 cm/s;主动脉弓长轴切面显示降主动脉峡部内径细窄,约3 mm,该处见彩色血流信号,Vmax 255 cm/s,见图1.
