Abstract
随着我国西部大开发国策的顺利实施和高原旅游资源的开发利用,越来越多的平原建设者进入高原,并在高原地区长期工作和生活.由于长期暴露于低氧环境,包括高原红细胞增多症(high altilude polycythemia,HAPC)在内的各种急慢性高原病正持续地威胁着他们的身体健康,甚至是生命安全.本研究分析128例HAPC患者超声心动图及实验室检查特点,并与同海拔地区高原健康者比较.
