Abstract
目的 分析并行体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术对中高危冠心病患者的治疗效果.方法 回顾分析从2013年1月至2017年8月采用并行体外循环心脏不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术治疗左主干病变32例患者的临床资料.结果 所有患者靶血管均做到完全再血管化.全组无死亡,未使用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP),无不良心血管事件发生.结论 并行体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术可以缩短中高危冠心病患者体外循环时间,减少术后监护和住院时间,减少患者住院费用.对不适于采用非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗的中高危患者,建议优先考虑并行体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术.
