Abstract
原发性肾病综合征(primany nephritic syndrome,PNS)治疗方案较多,多以肾上腺糖皮质激素称(激素)及细胞毒药物治疗并收到了一定的效果.但用量大小和用药方法直接影响其疗效及副作用.通过临床观察发现,中等剂量地塞米松(dexamethason,Dex)或联合环磷酰胺(CTX)与大剂量Dex或联合CTX冲击治疗,具有疗效相同,不良反应少等特点,现将结果报告如下.
