Abstract
众所周知,硬膜下血肿是颅内常见疾病,其出血量无准确测量方法, 现在临床主要参照颅内血肿V=1/6π长·宽·层数公式来估算[1],这一公式适用于近似圆球体的脑内出血,而硬膜下血肿多数呈星月形(月牙状),因此,估算结果与实际的出血量差距之大可想而知;本文通过实验方法,对颅内硬膜下血肿出血量的计算方法进行验证, 以找到合理应用公式,为临床提供更准确的估算方法.
