88例卵巢巧克力囊肿的CT诊断及误诊分析

Abstract
目的:探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿的CT表现及其误诊原因.方法:回顾性分析我院收治的88例经手术病理证实为卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的盆腔CT及临床资料.结果:88例中CT诊断卵巢巧克力囊肿64例,诊断正确率为72.73％.误诊24例,占27.27％,其中囊腺瘤17例,占19.32％;卵巢单纯囊肿7例,占7.95％.结论:CT检查对卵巢巧克力囊肿具有较高的诊断准确率,有助于临床进一步提高其诊断水平.
