Abstract
16层CT具有薄层、快速扫描、三维重组的功能,在其引导下行经皮肺穿刺活检有明显优势.现回顾性分析在我院行16层CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的85例,以探讨此技术对肺内病灶的临床应用价值.
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料 回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年12月行CT扫描发现肺部结节、肿块的85例住院患者,其中男52例,女33例;年龄25～68岁,平均46.5岁;均有不同程度呼吸道症状或体征.
