MSCT在阑尾炎诊断中的应用

Abstract
目的:探讨MSCT对阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法:通过对60例阑尾炎患者的MSCT表现进行回顾性分析,并与术中所见及术后病理进行对比分析.结果:60例中,MSCT诊断正确率为95.0％.主要表现为阑尾增粗肿大55例,管壁增厚35例,脂肪条纹征48例,伴阑尾结石25例.结论:MSCT在急性阑尾炎的诊断、鉴别诊断及术前评估方面具有重要价值.
