Abstract
原发性气管肿瘤是指位于环状软骨以下至隆突水平之间的肿瘤,其好发于膜部与软骨环的连接处,在临床上少见,约占支气管肺癌的1%~2%,多以鳞癌为主,肉瘤样癌最为罕见[1].因早期临床症状不明显,且缺乏特异性表现,故容易漏诊和误诊.衢州市人民医院呼吸内科收治气管肉瘤样癌(TSC)患者1例,现报道如下.
