Abstract
目的 探讨益气活血方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效.方法 选取53例诊断为气虚血瘀证的CAG伴IM 和/或Dys患者,予益气活血方治疗24周,治疗结束后于4周内复查胃镜,观察临床症状、组织病理学及14C呼气Hp数值的变化.结果 患者临床症状、胃黏膜萎缩及14C呼气Hp数值较前改善(P<0.05),肠化及不典型增生较前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 益气活血方对气虚血瘀型的慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好临床疗效.
