骨质疏松症分为原发性骨质疏松症和继发性骨质疏松症.原发性骨质疏松主要发生在老年人群,以绝经后女性多见,患者骨微结构改变、骨量减少及骨骼脆性增加,临床表现主要为骨折、骨痛、佝偻等[1].骨折是骨质疏松症最严重的后果,即发生骨质疏松性骨折.原发性骨质疏松性骨折的好发部位主要是胸腰椎、髋部及骨肱骨近端、骨远端.
