Abstract
目的 探讨PDCA循环在预防经皮肾镜取石术不良事件中的应用效果.方法 行经皮肾镜取石术的患者500例,将实施PDCA模式前后250例分别作为对照组和观察组,对两组患者的心理状态、并发症发生率、护患纠纷和护理满意度进行比较.结果 两组并发症发生率和满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);护患纠纷差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后SAS和SDS差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 PDCA循环可预防经皮肾镜取石术后不良事件,提高满意度.
