跟骨骨折切口采用Allgower-Donati缝合及负压引流疗效分析

Abstract
目的 探讨使用Al gower-Donati缝合结合负压引流在预防跟骨骨折切开复位内固定手术切口并发症的临床疗效.方法 2014年8月至2016年5月有完整随访记录的跟骨骨折患者25例,行跟骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗,手术切口采用Al gower-Donati缝合和负压引流.结果 所有患者随访15个月至2年,切口愈合时间平均为14.1d,手术切口愈合良好,切口并发症明显减少.结论 在跟骨骨折行切开复位内固定治疗中,手术切口采用Allgower-Donati缝合结合负压引流,能保护创缘血运、避免组织缺血坏死、降低并发症发生率,对手术切口的愈合,疗效显著.
