Abstract
目的研究基质金属蛋白酶2、9(Matrix metalloprotein MMP2、MMP9)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP1)与子宫内膜异位症的相关性.方法采用免疫组化方法检测MMP2、MMP9、TIMP1蛋白的表达.结果 异位子宫内膜标本中MMP2表达增强,MMP9、TIMP1的表达在各组之间差异无统计学意义.结论 MMP2可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生密切相关.
