长春新碱和达那唑联合治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜

Abstract
慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)的患者,病程迁延,反复发作,长期缓解率仅达10%～15%.为取得更好的持续缓解,我院研究观察长春新碱(VCR)和达那唑(Danazol)治疗17例难治性特发性血小板减少紫癜的疗效.治疗组完全显效6例(35.3%),良效4例(23.5%),进步0例,无效7例(41.2%),总有效率58.8%,且无严重并发症发生.现报告如下.
