Abstract
目的探索 HCG治疗男性不育症的机理。方法随机选择男性不育症 30例，手淫法取精液每例扫描电镜观察精子五个，共 150个， HCG治疗 12周后，再作电镜观察。结果治疗前后的精子环状沟、顶体膜、质膜、胞浆小滴均有明显变化。结论 HCG治疗不育症疗效肯定。
