Abstract
肿瘤的发生、转移受多因素、多基因的影响,研究基因的差异表达,有助于揭示肿瘤发生和治疗的机制.检测基因差异表达常用的有mRNA差异显示技术(different displayreverse transcription PCR,DDRT-PCR)、代表性差异分析(representative differential analysis,RDA)、抑制性消减杂交(suppression subtractive hybridization,SSH)技术等.其中,mRNA差异显示技术是近年来应用较为广泛的技术[1].
