Abstract
建立了用丙氨酸对硝基苯胺(Ala-pNA)为底物测定尿液丙氨酸氨基肽酶(AAP)的连续监测法.此酶的最适pH 8.0～8.3(25 ℃),Km值0.60 mmol/L,Ala-pNA的最终浓度6.0 mmol/L,批内,批间CV分别为4.2%,5.2%,线性范围高达400 U/L.健康成人(n=74)尿AAP活性内1.91～14.4 U/g.cr.同时还对其重复性、尿中共存物质的干扰、尿AAP的稳定性进行了初步观察.此法适用于各种自动生化分析仪,可作为肾小管损伤的特异性指标.
