Abstract
胃神经鞘瘤较少见, 临床和影像上易误诊为胃间质瘤.胃间质瘤具有低度恶性倾向,容易复发和转移,手术治疗需要彻底切除病灶和清扫周围淋巴结,术后辅助伊马替尼化疗及长期严密随访;而神经鞘瘤为良性居多,罕见复发和转移,对放化疗不敏感,单纯手术切除预后良好[1-3].现我院收治一例胃神经鞘瘤患者,病例报道如下.
