Abstract

滑膜肉瘤是并非来自滑膜细胞,而是由未分化间叶细胞发生的具有滑膜分化特点的恶性肿瘤,占所有原发软组织恶性肿瘤的10％[1],好发于四肢关节旁,尤其膝关节.而少见部位滑膜肉瘤的影像报道较少,且多为个例报道[2-4],因缺乏特异的影像表现,误诊率较高.报道5例经病理证实的少见部位滑膜肉瘤,以提高对其影像表现的认识.
