Abstract
目的 探讨老年女性改良全盆重建术后患者行PICC围术期的护理方法. 方法 观察总结51例老年女性改良全盆重建术后PICC患者置管前的准备、置管方法、置管后的护理要点. 结果 本组51例均置管成功,无1例并发症和提前拔管. 结论 正确使用PICC并加强置管前后的护理,可以延长PICC的使用时间,减少并发症和患者的医疗成本,减轻护士工作量,提高护理质量.
