Abstract
目的:研究重症肌无力(MG)患者外周血CD16+CD56+ NK细胞的水平,及其在MG发病机制中的作用.方法:应用流式细胞仪检测16例MG患者与20名正常对照外周血CD16+CD56+NK细胞的百分率.结果:MG组外周血CD16+CD56+NK细胞百分率(13.81±5.59)%明显高于对照组的(7.23±1.95)%,P <0.05.结论:NK细胞在MG发病中起重要作用,既可通过分泌IFN2γ等细胞因子途径促进MG的发病,也可通过细胞毒作用发挥免疫效应.
