Abstract
目的 通过研究固定液对冷冻切片质量的影响,筛选出理想的固定液,为寻找新型固定液提供新思路,从而提高快速冷冻切片成片质量.方法 收集新鲜鸭肝组织30例,冷冻切片取材后用不同的固定液进行固定,然后进行HE染色,显微镜观察.结果 经乙醚酒精固定的鸭肝组织和细胞结构清晰,核浆颜色对比度适宜,染色鲜艳.结论 乙醚酒精最适宜用于快速冷冻切片的固定,进行HE染色.
