Abstract
目的:探讨胆管细胞癌与华支睾吸虫病的相关性.方法:通过比较胆管细胞癌在感染华支睾吸虫人群与未感染华支睾吸虫人群发病率的差异.结果:感染华支睾吸虫病691人中,胆管细胞癌患者26例,其中男24例,女2例;未感染华支睾吸虫病539人中,胆管细胞癌患者8例,其中男6例,女2例.结论:感染华支睾吸虫病胆管细胞癌发病率高于未感染华支睾吸虫人群组,华支睾吸虫可视为胆管细胞癌的高危因素.
