Abstract
目的:探讨Barton骨折x线表现及误诊分析.材料与方法:回顾性分析经临床证实的10例误诊Bar-ton骨折的X线表现并对误诊作分析.结果:在10例误诊的Barton骨折中,7例掌侧型误诊为Smith骨折;3例背侧型误诊成Colles骨折.结论:Barton骨折是桡骨远端关节面掌侧缘或背侧缘的骨折,可继发手和腕部掌侧或背侧半脱位.掌侧Barton骨折等同于骨拆线延伸入桡腕关节的Smith骨折.背侧型Barton骨折与骨折伸入腕关节面的Colles骨折相类似.因此,诊断时应仔细分析其X线表现避免导致误诊.
