Abstract
目的:探讨胎儿染色体异常的超声诊断特点.材料与方法:分析14例染色体异常胎儿产前超声检查出畸形类别、数目.结果:14例染色体异常胎儿,畸形数目7处3例,畸形数目6处4例,畸形数目5处3例,畸形数目4处1例,畸形数目3处2例,畸形数目1处1例.畸形类别前三位是:心脏畸形13处,神经系统畸形12处,四肢畸形12处.结论:染色体异常与超声检出畸形的数目及类型有相关性.
