Abstract
目的:探讨自制合成的MR靶向对比剂荧光-NGR-钆对肿瘤细胞CD13受体的体外靶向性,为体内靶向成像检查提供依据。方法通过细胞荧光实验验证荧光-NGR体外靶向性能。实验对象分为实验组(HT1080细胞)、对照组(HT29细胞)和拮抗组(HT1080细胞)。实验组和对照组同时滴加等量荧光-NGR,观察两组荧光强度。拮抗组HT1080细胞提前滴加非荧光NGR封闭靶点,之后再滴加与同一次实验组HT1080等剂量荧光-NGR,观察实验组与拮抗组荧光强度。结果细胞荧光实验组荧光强度高于对照组及拮抗组。半定量对比分析,差异有统计学意义(P?More
