Abstract
1 病例报告
患者男,64岁,因反复咳嗽、咳痰近4个月入院.2011年2月受凉后出现咳嗽、咳痰,呈白色泡沫样痰,无痰中带血、发热、胸痛等,自服“头孢拉定、罗红霉素、止咳糖浆”后症状无明显改善.实验室检查结果:白细胞14.7×109/L,中性粒细胞0.8,淋巴细胞0.09,红细胞4.24×1012/L,血小板201×109/L,血红蛋白129g/L.血液肿瘤标记物CA125 144.4U/ml,Cyfra21 ～ 179.06 ng/ml,NSE 35.03 ng/ml.行CT检查示:两肺多发占位.遂行纤支镜检查,病理回报:“右肺上叶尖段”低分化腺癌(免疫组化结果癌细胞示CKpan(+++),NapasinA(++),TTFi(+++),CK5/6(-).明确诊断为肺癌.
