Abstract
食管癌在全球居恶性肿瘤发病率第8位,死亡率居第6位,每年新增约45.6万病例,严重地威胁着人类健康[1].食管癌主要分鳞癌和腺癌两大组织亚型,西方国家以腺癌为主,亚洲地区以鳞癌为主[2].食管癌呈地域性分布,我国高发,病例数占全球总病例数的约70%,且90%以上为鳞状细胞癌[3-4].
