结肠癌是我国的常见病和多发病,目前对结肠癌的治疗主要是以手术为主的综合治疗,在分子水平上对结肠癌的发生、发展机制的研究尚处于起步阶段.长链非编码RNA(lncRNA,long noncoding RNA)是近年分子水平的研究热点,部分肿瘤中已经发现lncRNA的异常表达,如乳腺癌、前列腺癌等.本文对长链非编码RNA在结肠癌中的研究进展做一综述.
