Abstract
目的 探讨刮匙经皮穿刺椎间孔外口入路神经根松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者32例,年龄21～75岁,其中女14例,男18例.采用刮匙经皮穿刺椎间孔外口入路神经根松解术治疗,并精准注射药物.于术后l周、3个月、6个月时,采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估患者术后疗效,并记录术后并发症.结果 与术前比较,术后1周、3个月和6个月时VAS和OD1评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).未见严重手术相关并发症.结论 刮匙经皮穿刺椎间孔外口入路神经根松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效.
