所谓“千金难买老来瘦”,其实并非完全正确.如果瘦掉的是脂肪固然很好,但如果瘦掉的是肌肉,就容易发生“肌少症”.在人类老化过程中,肌肉的流失速度最快,30~70岁时,每10年会丢失6%的肌肉;60岁以后,每年肌肉都要下降1.4% ~2.5%.
