转铁蛋白受体(TfR)在调节细胞铁摄取和维持机体铁稳态过程中发挥重要作用,主要表达于各阶段骨髓幼红细胞膜表面.可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)是膜表面受体的酶切形式,其血清水平除受机体铁贮存影响外,还与骨髓红系造血旺盛程度明显相关.现就sTfR作为反映骨髓红系细胞造血旺盛程度参数研究综述如下.
