Abstract
近年来急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的治疗取得了新进展,根据危险分层不同的诱导巩固治疗可以进一步提高疗效.本文就目前国际上诱导和巩同治疗中使用阿糖胞苷和砷剂,巩固治疗后达分子缓解的维持治疗方案及防止中枢复发的预防性鞘注化疗这些争论性话题进行了探讨,并结合国际上最新的指南对各阶段的治疗策略进行了综述.
