肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是在全球范围内,最常见且恶性程度最高的恶性肿瘤之一.微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类内源性非编码单链RNA分子,主要在转录后水平抑制靶基因的表达.近年来,随着miRNA在肝癌中的深入研究,许多与肝癌密切相关的miRNA分子已经被确认,本文就miRNA及其介导的TGF-β、RTK、Wnt、Notch1信号网络在肝癌发生发展中发挥的重要作用作一综述.
