产前超声在诊断胎儿前置血管中的应用价值

Abstract
目的:探讨产前超声在诊断胎儿前置血管中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年9月在我院住院分娩且最终产后确诊为前置血管的12例患者的产前超声图像特征.结果:在产后确诊的12例前置血管中,产前超声检出10例,漏诊2例,检出率为83％.结论:产前超声是胎儿前置血管的重要检查方法,可以指导临床选择正确处理方式,避免不良妊娠结局,大大减低围生儿死亡率.
