Abstract
目的:探讨超声检查胃非肿瘤性壁增厚性病变的意义.方法:593例胃疾病患者进行胃超声和胃镜检查,以胃镜结果或病理为标准,与胃超检查结果对比分析.结果:593例胃超声检查结果与胃镜检查结果对比,符合率分别为:急性胃炎79.3% ,慢性胃炎82.4% ,胃溃疡91.7%.结论:胃壁非肿瘤性病变超声检查,在胃壁病变的诊断中有重要的临床价值.
