Abstract
目的 研究护理绩效考核指标体系的效度和信度.方法 对50名护理人员进行护理绩效考核的问卷调查,并检验指标体系的效度和信度.结果 护理绩效考核指标体系的相关系数均P＜0.01；因子分析共提取4个因子,累积贡献率达到76.102％ ;Cronbach'sα系数为0.958.结论 护理绩效考核指标体系具有良好的效度和信度,具有科学性、合理性和可操作性.
