Abstract

肝移植术作为终末期肝脏疾病最为有效的治疗方法 ,近年来在临床上发展迅猛,我国肝移植技术在移植数量和质量方面已接近或达到西方发达国家水平[1].急性肾损伤( AKI)是肝移植术后常见的并发症之一,一般发生于术后30 d内,其发生率为17％～64％,约8％～17％的AKI患者需要行肾脏替代治疗[2].
